You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PhoneServ, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of PhoneServ are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
